Shelton Construction Co was founded in 1993 by Daniel A. Shelton,
President and Chief Executive Officer. Since its inception, Shelton
Construction Co has successfully completed hundreds of projects in
Southwestern Michigan.
We believe that client satisfaction is the cornerstone of our success. Shelton
Construction Co offers construction management, general contracting, design/build,
and maintenance agreement services. With a staff of experienced Estimators, Project
Managers, Field Superintendents, Accounting Personnel, and Administrative Assistants,
we are able to provide the necessary components to complete each project successfully,
and tailor our services to meet each client's needs. In addition, Shelton
Construction Co draws from a strong subcontractor and supplier data base that is
derived from our local communities and the surrounding area. This local construction
experience and local market knowledge brings value to the bidding and construction
processes.
As a General Contractor, our accomplishments are many and varied. Completed projects
include new facilities as well as additions and renovations to existing structures, all
in many different building types.
